Design Brief
As the developer and designer of this project, we know the demand of house types in this area. Therefore, we have high expectation for the number of rooms and a vivid imagination of space diversity to achieve an unexpected spatial experience.
Land Info
The total plot area of this corner site is 301m², which sits in the heart of Honsonville. It is close to the school zone and near the medical centers along with a Reserve in the opposite way deliver a great view of this site.

Design Concept
Perhaps this plot is not attractive or not “practical” to most of the people due to its strange and irregular border shape. However, playing with such plot reflects the value of our designers with its challenges. Every piece of area deserves a good design, by the close scrutiny with time and patience.
The spaces can be maximized by following the shape of the boundary, using the form of block wrapping to create a relatively private outdoor space, which makes the entire building is more embrace in the sun with a broader view.
For example, A small house from outside is actually fully functional with clear divisions, or the progressive design of rooms from one to another gives an unexpected surprise to the occupant.
Outcome
The final design of this property comes up with 5 rooms in total, 3 of which are suits and 4.5 bathrooms. To achieve the space diversity, there will be an open-plan living area with a separate family room, combine with the video room and a bar.
