SIGNarch is focusing on residential design, since we aim to surpass ourselves in this area more and more, in order to continually exceed client expectations. Just like our SIGNarch logo, we want to ”light” up the space through our design elements and detail, which will enhance the lives of those who use them.

We have a broad range of projects in residential work, from small to large-sized, Sleepout, Poolhouse, Detach Dwelling, Townhouse, and Apartment. Our design concept/solution is based on the Market Demand, Neighborhood environment, Client’s Budget, and Requirements. We work closely with expert consultants, suppliers, and builders to achieve the expected results from clients, and also to provide a single point of contact service from Concept Design through to Construction Completion.

Our client is either a subdivision developer who wants to maximize the full potential of the site or a property owner who wants to have a house for themself. They come from different directions, but we have our way to deal with different clients, and we can be involved in the building project through every step to ensure the best result.
