As an architectural designer in residential, our aim is to empower more people to build positive, meaningful projects, and help a new generation of “developers” to provide more quality housing to new owners. We have a broad range of projects in residential work, from small to large-sized, Sleepout, Poolhouse, Detach Dwelling, Townhouse, and Apartment. Our design concept/solution is based on the Market Demand, Neighborhood environment, Client’s Budget, and Requirements, but most important is to “light” up Life through our design.

We work in Takapuna which is almost the heart of Auckland, and easy to reach from all other districts. 5mins away from a supermarket and a few nice cafes.  We are a small-sized company in an open-plan office, where everyone knows each other well, the team has 8 colleagues in total, so welcome to be part of our compact, vibrant and friendly team.
